Production Timings
All made-to-order pieces will require 6-8 weeks of production time before they are shipped to you.
All bespoke pieces will require 9-12 weeks of production time from the date of confirmation of design before they are shipped to you. Bespoke creations require a longer lead time as we have to ensure that all the minute details are perfect to you and communicated with you throughout the process.

All shipments are trackable. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are chargeable by the courier companies in the respective countries of delivery. This amount varies according to the local import tax rates. Please note that customers are liable to pay for any additional charges of duties and taxes, which may apply as subjected to their country of residence.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our pieces as they are made-to-order. If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, and would like to change it, please notify us within 24 hours with your order number by email at enquiries@petittrove.com. Orders will proceed with production after 24 hours since the order was placed.
If your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us by email at enquiries@petittrove.com within 3 days of receiving it. Kindly note that it will take 2-3 weeks for any repairs or replacements before we are able to ship the item back to you.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations will not be refunded, and will proceed with production. Please make sure to check your order carefully before proceeding with the order.
Warranty
Each purchase of 14k/18k gold items is entitled to a one-year warranty starting from the date of shipment. The warranty will be void if the item has been resized, repaired or modified outside of Petit Trove. We currently do not offer warranty for items set in s925.
The warranty covers repairs, cleaning and polishing of the jewellery at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover the damage or the loss of item due to negligence, theft and user fault.
For loss or damage of gemstones: Replacement will be subject to fees depending on the type of gemstone used.
Resizing
All customers are entitled to a one-time complimentary resizing service for rings, when arranged within the warranty period. Please contact us by email at enquires@petittrove.com or instagram DM us @petittrove, as soon as resizing is needed. Please note that we are only able to resize the ring up to a 1/2 size difference.
It is not recommended to resize your ring more than once as it affects the structural durability of the ring. Please make sure to check your order carefully before proceeding with the order.
In cases where the ring cannot be resized due to structural durability / design element, you will be informed at the point of purchase.
Engraving
We offer complimentary engraving services for bespoke engagement rings or wedding bands. Please note that engravings will be removed during ring resizing.
Please contact us if you would like any engraving on our made-to-order designs.
Customisation
If you wish to add your own touch to any of our designs currently available, please reach out to us at enquiries@petittrove.com with what your heart desires for the customisation. Customisation is subject to additional fees.
Bespoke
Bespoke designs are personal and unique to your desires. We are able to fully design and craft a jewellery piece tailored to your preferences. Contact us at enquiries@petittrove.com to arrange an appointment with our designers.
Setting of Customer gemstones
We are currently unable to work with customer-provided gemstones due to the potential loss or damage during the production and shipping process.
